- 750 g beef mince
- 80 g tube Gourmet Garden Moroccan Stir-In Seasoning
- 410 g can chopped tomatoes and paste
- 1 1/2 cup Massel beef stock
- 400 g (can) chickpeas,
- 1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped, plus extra sprigs to serve
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced into rounds
- 400 g chargrilled eggplant, sliced
- 2 cup three cheese melt blend, grated
