
Unripe Plantain Porridge By My Diaspora Kitchen
Ingredients
- 6 fingers of unripe plantain
- 1 finger semi ripe or ripe plantain
- 2 medium sized onions
- 1 habenero pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 cup Palm oil
- bouillon powder
- 2-3 handful kale leaves optional
- 8 cups of water
- ½ cup coarsely ground crayfish
