
Rolex Recipe (Breakfast Wraps) By Pika Chakula
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tbsp oil
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt
- 350 mg beef, cut into strips
For the chapati:
- 3 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup water
For the omlette:
- 2 eggs (per rolex)
- green bell pepper, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves, for garnish
