- 400 g Sausage Meat
- Vegetable Oil
- 50 g Plain Flour
- 80 g Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Onion Salt/ Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper or Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- Chicken Seasoning/ Optional
