
Kenyan Matumbo By Kaluhi's Kitchen
Ingredients
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 1 large tomato, grated
- A bunch of dania (both stems and leaves will be used)
- 2 kg matumbo
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp habanero
- 1 tbsp rocyo
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
