- 6 tbsp gram flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp crushed green chilli and ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
- 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
