- 250 gms Boiled Fava Beans (ful medamas)
- 200 gms Boiled white chickpeas
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Topping
- 1 medium Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 medium White onion or scallion
