
African Chicken Harissa with Mint Yogurt Sauce By The Busy Baker
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dry harissa seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 large bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 4 small red onions sliced
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
For the mint yogurt sauce:
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- a pinch or two of sea salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
