- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2-4 tsp chilli garlic sauce
- 2 cup light coconut milk
- 1 cup natural, salted peanut
- 2 cans chickpeas(15 ounce)
- 2 cup cups water,
For Serving optional
- Cauliflower Rice, Rice, or Quinoa
- Fresh lime juice/lime wedges
- Naan or pita
- Cilantro or basil
