It must be nice to be Ethiopian Self Made Billionaire, #Mohammed Al Amoudi, Africa’s Richest man. His wealth grew by a billion despite the economic downturn. It is that time of year again and Forbes has put together a list of the World’s richest. On it are 11 Africans 4 from one family in Egypt, 4 from South Africa, 1 from Sudan, 1 from Nigeria, and 1 from Ethiopia.
There was 1 new addition to the list this year, #Samih Sawiris, son of Egyptian billionaire, #Onsi Sawiris whose other 2 sons are on the list as well. Nigeria did lose a billionaire this year, Femi Otedola who had a bitter disagreement with fellow billionaire #Aliko Dangote last year. Despite some major challenges, Dangote still made it on the list as the 9th richest man in Africa.

Stupid Billionaires. Selfish people. The two nigerians listed, ask them if they have any foundation for the poor man. Dangote is expploiting Nigerians with his business. God bless Bill Gate, he spend millions annually just to help Africans why some greedy Africa richest men are busy stealling from their.
Talking about Ethiopia.. there is some thing that is kept in everyonse mind posted for long -the 1984 drought. But there were a lot worse times happened some where else in the world after that…. War had long been our enemy in our development. 2nd opulated country in Africa,, next to Nigeria.
We still have to go a long way but are climbing up in a good way. Easy to tell about our status if one got the chance to be in Addis- Seat of AU. Everything u see is made by ourselves..not by any conial power…. Mohamed had also made some contributions for the delopment of his birth country….yet to argue about whether if it is as expected. ……..i hv bn in some parts of Africa for vacation and i am also currently some where in West Afrika -Lome and witnessed how much we progresed. Really proud to be an ethiopian. I could witness colonial powers left black spot to z black world….. Africans should wake up and stand by ourselves!!! Cheers!!!!!!

So you guys on the list already, pray for me and when i get there, i shall make you my friends and give you loans to get better and better… Thanks, am Numbers from Eastern region of Nigeria…. I am one and not two. peace to all and one love to all..
The real billionaires are those who serve as a bridge to reach the needy and poor in society. we thank the creator of the universe for the lives of these men and thank him as well for making them build great industries to better the lives of the people of Africa. God bless Africa.
Am so happy to be here.
I am so glad to witness this grate achievement africans are undergoing but you people have some things left that is rendering help in other to create room for motivation keep it up from flemzy.niger guy
In that list most of them have inherited fortune from their families, only few of them have made their own money thats why poor people will continue being poor and rich will always be rich and after they die they leave richness to their children!
I am an old age pensioner (white nogal). Grew up in an orphange, always been poor, but always did a decent days work. I get sick just reading about these so-called billionaires!! One should work for your daily bread and nobody, and I mean nobody ever worked that hard that they are entitlerd to that kind of money earned by the sweat of poor people!! Furthermore I am disgusted by some of them flaunting their wealth, living in obscenely big houses and extremely vulgar lifestyles!! No wonder the masses are up in arms. HOW CAN ANYBODY THAT BELIEVES IN A GOD FEEL GOOD ABOUT THIS? The poor suppressed blacks. But most of these billionaires are black!! How convenient to always blame others for their woes. I feel sorry for all the poor – white or black. Obviously you don’t have a conscience that is why you sleep well at nite. LET THEM EAT CAKE!!!

I am very happy to see Africa people becoming billionaires. Africa is becoming better and better. These are great news. I am very happy for these guys. I want to be one of them one day. Although I don’t have a business now, I still working for some but I believe that all things are possible with those who believe. I have been trying to start one but lack of cash is standing on my way. I respect these guys because they give hope that in life you can become anything no matter where you are. I wish them more and more blessing. I love Africa and I love my country South Afrca.

The Lord that started with me will not leave me,
It’s good to believe that not everybody will become billionaires,
OR even a world record holder.
But my prayers to God is to make me rich, comfortable and contented.
NOTE; Even these billionaires will leave their billions some day?

I think, that list is not correct. I still thank Almighty God, who gavth riches. May His Name be Praise.
congratulations for AL-MOUDI
it is good to be rich but does their riches affect or have impact on thier fellow africa ,just like americans richmen who are donating thier wealth to charities thru organised foundation.

its good to know that Africa has these great men, they inspire and motivate us.The good thing about this is that I will get there and even overtake them because the only thing they have over me is time.So to these men I say meet you at the top as I begin to break and set new records.
Watch Out …Very soon I will also be there …
Amen
do not cast but give thanks and glory to God 4 their own MAGA don pay and wait 4 your own miracle, cos its on the way.
it just a matter of time before my name is mentioned on the billionaires list
Dealing with oil and oil product seen to be the loophole of all the billionaires. I think from kenya i will be next 2012 billionare to appear.kudos billionaire.
I M 27 NOW BEFORE I GET TO THEIR AGE I WILL BE RICHER THAN THEM
I don’t think the survey was done accurately. Why? Because it cant be unless there be at least a single president from one republic like Zimbabwe. MUGABE is rich, no doubt. What about all the other political leaders?
helow nigerians,i thank GOd some bad people 4rm my country didn’t come up as de richest man, becoz de are criminals de stole our oil money look at them ugly thiefs holgans idiots.
I don’t see this as an accurate list coz it does not have seriours African tycoons like Mr. Mosses Katumbi of Congo DR. He owns T.P Mazembe football club. It also lacks names like Fredrick Titus Jacob Chiluba the former Zambian President.
well its a good thing that god creat them for us but at lest they should try taxt them selves to help africans..africans have money but life is unbearable to most africans children.may god help us
It is not easy to be a man. I give Kudos to them. they challenge everyone to believe in themselve. May GOD help us to be GREATER than them someday……
Am coming soon, because my ministry will be established in nations, continents and planets
leave the future to do it’s own work. my name mill appear in the next billionaire just watch out……………………………………
