- 2 cup whole, dry chickpeas
- 3 ½ -4 cups water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 whole eggs poached
- Canned tuna
- Harissa
- Olive oil
- Stale bread or fresh kesra torn into small pieces
- Tuna, Olives, Egg, Harissa, Capers, Pickled vegetables
