- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- A handful of fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 28 oz can chopped tomatoes
- 1 small yellow onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Merguez Seasoning
- 1 tbsp tomato powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Optional 1 teaspoon harissa paste
