- 10 Njansa
- 1/2 large onion
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1/14 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup basil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 green onions
- 1/2- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4-6 tbsp mbongo spice
- 1 tbsp bouillon powder
- Salt to taste
