Crust (2 8inch Pie):
- 4 oz Butter 300g All-Purpose Flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 300 g all purpose flour
Pie Filling (enough for 2 tarts):
- 4 oz Butter
- 4 1/2 cup full cream milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar dash of Cinnamon and Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
