
Dibi(The Senegalese Grilled Lamb) By Nanaaba's Kitchen
Ingredients
Ingredients for baking lamb:
- 1 lb lamb
- 1/2 tbsp of finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp of finely minced scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 medium-size red onion finally minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
Ingredients for dip: All Drippings from baking lamb
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 drops/ or 1/2 teaspoon of pure honey
