Unknown gunmen snatched Mohammed Dewji, 43, on October 11 as he left his early morning workout in the commercial capital of Dar es Salaam, police said. Mr. Liu Jiaqi, a Chinese immigrant businessman in Kenya was deported after a video emerged of him making racist comments. An employee filmed Mr. Liu, a motorcycle trader, saying that he disliked Kenya because it “smells bad and [its people are] poor, foolish and black”.
