  • 50 grams raisins soaked in warm water
  • 100 grams yogurt 0.1% fat
  • 100 grams mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Cook the rice:

Rinse and dice the red and green bell peppers, removing the seeds and ribs. Peel and finely chop the onion. Soak the raisins in warm water for a few minutes, then drain.
  • Combine ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, bell peppers, onion, and raisins. Mix well.
  • Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and mayonnaise. Season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the salad:
Pour the yogurt-mayo dressing over the rice mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
