Patrick Allotey Risks Losing Boxing License

WBO Africa Super Welterweight Champion, Patrick Allotey has been summoned by The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) after his assault on a fan at the Accra Sports Stadium. A viral video of Patrick broke the internet early mornings of Monday where the boxer was seen pummeling a football fan. Allotey has then admitted on several platforms and in a statement, that he indeed, was the culprit and acted on provocation.

Summons from the GBA however, was released days after the incident inviting the boxer to appear before its Disciplinary and Arbitration Committee on February 5, 2020.

Patrick Allotey  risks a fine or a ban from boxing. Allotey could also have his license revoked as a boxer.
