Will it really discourage people? I doubt people are thinking of the death penalty when committing crimes … except in areas where mob justice happens – and I think mob justice is a dangerous idea.

Let us entertain the point @irene5nfor and @champion are making for a moment. It is true that Africa is not truly free and that Western interests have been at odds with the attempts of some African Leaders to develop their countries. Some have argued that the British also did a number on other countries including the United States of America.…

Every place has its challenges. The question is whether you are in a place where you can thrive and are open to confront or accept the challenges that are present.
Africa is developing with many exciting opportunities. People also find the community based aspects of many African cultures very appealing. But it IS developing so some conveniences…

*🔥WHAT CAN AFRICAN COUNTRIES DO IN ORDER TO DEVELOP THEMSELVES?🔥*
This is a very important point. Developing the skillset to be able to do the jobs that a country needs is key. It would be great if every time a county gave a big project to any company, they insisted on training for the youth in that country so they could take on those projects in the future. Human resource development is key.
