One thing that I have noticed about people that eventually become failures is that they are always quick to make excuses and blame everyone else for their problems except themselves. When will Africans stop blaming the west for every single thing that happens to them but instead face every problem head-on?

The world is too dependent on oil. That is why the Ukraine conflict is hitting the world badly because we all know Russia is one of the largest exporters of oil. I think this is a call for world leaders to fast-track a switch to renewable energy. With renewable energy, it is harder for one country to hold the world hostage.

It should start with reforming the electoral process so that they can get credible leaders that will have the courage to fight corruption. Secondly, Africans need to change their mindset about jobs and always run to the West to borrow or beg for aid.
