PROJECT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Problem Statement: Explain the social, economic, or environmental problem that your project aims to solve. Describe the context and impact of the issue on African communities and provide relevant statistics or data to back up your claims.
Innovative Solution: Present your innovative and impactful solution to the identified problem. Provide a detailed explanation of how your project intends to address the situation and the outcomes that you hope to achieve.
Implementation Plan: Outline the steps and resources required to implement your project efficiently. Detail the timeline of the project, the budget, necessary partnerships, and staff, including their roles and responsibilities.
Budget: This section should provide a detailed budget for the project, including all expenses related to implementation, evaluation, and any other project-related costs.
Sustainability Plan: Explain how the project can be sustainable and self-sufficient in the long term. Identify potential revenue streams, partnerships, and ongoing fundraising opportunities to ensure that the project does not face financial challenges in the future.
Impact Evaluation: Describe the methods and tools you will use to evaluate the impact of your project. Clarify the expected outcomes and how you will measure progress towards achieving those goals. Explain how you will communicate your project’s impact to stakeholders, including donors, beneficiaries, and relevant communities.
