The International Forum on African-Caribbean Leadership (IFAL) is a prestigious annual event organized by the African Leadership Magazine (ALM), held alongside the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

Now in its tenth year, IFAL serves as a vital platform that unites global leaders, policymakers, and influential private sector figures from Africa and the Caribbean.
