5 potatoes
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 bunch of fresh coriander (leaves and stalks)
1 tablespoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 grated tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic


How to Prepare:


Fry the Potatoes: Cut the potatoes into chips and fry until slightly brown and a bit crunchy. Let them drain on a paper towel.

Prepare the Masala: In a separate pan, fry half of the coriander leaves and stalks. Add the spices, some hot water, grated tomatoes, and garlic. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, adding a bit more water if needed.

Combine Fries with Masala: Add the fries and garlic to the masala. Let it cook together for about two minutes, so the fries soak up all those yummy flavors.

Final Touch: Toss in the remaining coriander leaves and give everything a good mix.
