Little dreams turn big

For Twumasi-Ankrah, it was more of growing up into those big dreams he had when little. Being around the English royalty has been a childhood craving for Ankrah who relished watching the “Trooping the Colour” with fascination when he was just a kid.  Major Twumasi-Ankrah had left Ghana for UK as far hack in 1982 with his parents.

According to Ankrah: “I would have never imagined that one day I’d command the regiment which I’d fallen in love with.

“From what I’ve seen in the UK, our cultures really do mix and if I’m not a good example of that I really don’t know what is.”
