 ¾ tsp salt
 4 ½ tsp olive oil
 1 large onion chopped
 ¾ tsp cinnamon
 1 ¼ tbsp ground cumin
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ½ cup jasmine rice or brown or white rice
 6 cups vegetable stock or water or chicken stock
