`This is one of the more popular breads to make in Ghana, West Africa. Made with flour, sugar / honey, nutmeg, eggs, milk, etc

 4 cups flour
 1 tsp salt
 ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
 ½ cup warm milk
 1 egg at room temperature
 1 tbsp of melted butter
 1 cup warm water
 ¼ cup flour for kneading
