The Bosman Family Vineyards, situated on the Western Cape of South Africa and home to one of the most influential vine nurseries, takes a great deal of care to to bring you the best wines and represent their wine making history dating back to the late 1700’s.
A summertime star, the Fidas shows complex dried orange peel, marzipan, and layered fruitiness.
The hand-harvested grapes were kept in cold storage overnight and destemmed. A natural ferment was underway within 2 days – it lasted for 20 days. At this point the berries were pressed in a basket press and 20% of the wine taken to new Russian oak. The final product will provoke and delight your tastebuds for more.
