I think the answer is a Yes and a No!

Yes, because Africa really lacks the various equipments, knowledge and even some other basic necessities which can better of her countries and if we cross the Alantic Ocean for the purpose of learning and acquiring technological skills in order to come and make our countries better, then it should be allowed.

No, because many have gone aimlessly and have return back empty, in fact they have neglected all what Africa has and are chasing after what they have neglected back home, simply because they see a white color man or woman doing it. In a nut shell, i think and suggest so seriously that, it’s high time Africans sit down and make their countries what they want it to be, by making maximum use of all that is already available, with the knowledge and same passion they often use when they’re in the West.

If Africans leave for greener pastures in the West, who will stay to fertilize and water Africa? I think the opposite should be happening, Africans in the West, especially the descendants of enslaved Africans, should be returning to Africa. The West continues to benefit from African people in too many ways.
