Ingredients for baking lamb:

  • 1 lb lamb
  • 1/2 tbsp of finely minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of finely minced scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium-size red onion finally minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Ingredients for dip: All Drippings from baking lamb

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 drops/ or 1/2 teaspoon of pure honey
