This succulent grilled chicken hails from Côte d'Ivoire, a lush and beautiful country on the West Coast of Africa. It is deceptively easy to prepare, yet jam-packed with flavor. I highly recommend serving it African style with a salad of thinly sliced tomatoes and yellow onions, simply seasoned with a crumble of a chicken stock cube and a drizzle of oil.
