Ogbono is a viscous soup enjoyed by many tribes in Nigeria. It’s tasty, easy, and quick to prepare, and delicious.

1/3 to 1/2 cup palm oil
8 – 10 pieces precooked meats of choice
1/3 to 1/2 cup blended crayfish
1 cup flaked stock fishcooked
1 – 2 pieces smoked fish, deboned
1 – 3 atarodofinely chopped
1 handful sliced okra, optional
