These African meat pies have the flakiest and buttery crust, with a moist and mouth-watering filling. The filling consists of minced meat and a choice of vegetables.

African meat pies are very popular in Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana, but are slowly gaining popularity in other parts of Africa. These pies are so delicious and satisfying and can easily replace a meal. Perfectly baked in the oven to perfection and enjoyed as a snack at home, at parties or wherever and when you please.

 2 tbsp oil
 400 mg minced meat
 1 tsp gingerchopped
 1 tsp green chillieschopped
 1 tsp coriander
 ½ tsp garam masala
 1 large onion, chopped
 ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves Kingsmil White Bread
 2 tbsp plain flour mixed with 4 tbsp water, as a glue
  Oil,for deep frying
 Salt to taste
