Kenyan kebabs are street food staple all across East Africa and a great snack for parties. These beef kebabs are a popular street snack in Kenya and this particular homemade version is really good and flavorful. One will not be enough.

Kenyan kebabs are a specialty and are the perfect savoury mid-morning or late-evening snack, along with a cup of Kenyan tea. They are easy to prepare and taste absolutely amazing, especially when served with some sort of tamarind sauce to dip into.

 1 onion, chopped
 1 tbsp garlic minced
 1 tbsp ginger minced
 1 tbsp curry powder
 400 mg lamb, minced (80% lean meat + 20% fat)
 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
 salt to taste
 34 tbsp plain flour
 2 eggs, beaten
 2 tbsp oil
