Ingredients
  

Filling:

  • 2 ¼ cup almonds
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water

Pastry dough:

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cup softened, unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp orange blossom water

Decorating:

  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 3 tbsp crushed pistachios
